How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders received by 12:00pm/noon Pacific Time Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after that time will ship that day if possible or, at the latest, the following business day. We make every attempt to see that orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday. Some packages (usually those from Sunday afternoon) may leave on Tuesday. If we have any problems in filling your order, you will be notified within 48 hours. UPS is our main carrier and domestic delivery will take 1-5 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse (all orders ship from San Francisco). US Post may be used at our discretion and must be used for orders going to PO boxes and APOs. Delivery time for postal deliveries is 2-3 business days, but may take longer depending on your location.

Is rush service available?
We offer 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping via UPS. Requests for expedited orders received by 12pm (noon) Pacific Time Monday though Friday will be processed and shipped out that day. Do you ship orders internationally?
Yes, we ship orders all over the world each day. Primarily we use UPS to most countries and USPS to Canada; all rates are calculated by weight, destination and value. If you would like a quote of these charges, please contact us at help@Mr-S-Leather.com. Once your order ships, delivery time is usually only a few days. | International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which will be the responsibility of the receiver. Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being held by customs, and packages that are returned for such reasons will incur additional shipping fees which will be charged to you. Although it is rare, should customs officials seize an item, Mr. S cannot be held responsible. New international customers placing orders over $300 may incur a hold period of up to ten days while funds are verified by our bank. |
How are shipping costs calculated?
While each order is reviewed individually, our minimum shipping fee is $8.00. The website will take the base fee and add $2.50 is for each additional item. We may reduce the additional fees for lighter weight packages and large or heavy items may incur additional charges. Charges for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated based on weight. How discreet is your packaging?
All packages are shipped in plain white boxes and contain the following return label:

While we will be as discreet as possible, all international orders will contain an itemized declarations form that is necessary for customs. When using UPS to ship internationally, the declaration information is in the form of a barcode that cannot be read without computers. When your UPS package is delivered, duty and taxes will be collected, but there will be no information showing the contents of the package (a very cool new feature available only to UPS). |
Will I be able to track my order status and my package?
Once you place your order, you may log into the web site at any time to see its current status. Your email address will be entered into our shipping computer and orders will receive a tracking number. At the end of each day these will be sent out automatically. If for some reason you do not receive this information (spam blockers, etc.), please let us know and we will happy to update you on the current status of your order.
