You can use these sticky pads in any number of different places on the body. The bottom of the feet.... the butt cheeks, right on the butt hole or genitals themselves. the thighs, etc. You can use one sticky pad in one spot and then any single polar accessory somewhere else on the body. Or two sticky pads. You always need two single polar accessories to complete the electrical connection.

These are re-usable for a number of times. A drop of water rubbed on the pads will bring back the stickiness after numerous uses. Replace on the plastic sheet and back in the plastic bag when not in use.
