Inspired by the sweetheart hourglass corsets from the Victorian era and one of our most popular styles. It is 15” at center front, flattens lower tummy, supports the bust, and includes 3 pairs of detachable garters on fabric corsets only. Garters on leather styles will be extra. A perfect gift as a lingerie set with matching thong or an elegant choice for something to wear with a long fitted skirt.

• Do I need help to put on the corset? It is always easier to have someone help, but with practice it will be just as easy to lace yourself as you would with your shoes. Each corset comes with a descriptive care tag that will explain in detail how the corset should be properly laced.
• What style do you recommend for a male figure? We have successfully made all styles for men but the styles that most men prefer to wear are the Cinchers and Underbust because they flatter the V-shape physique most men secretly desire. Overbust styles are desired for their restrictive qualities.
  
• Will the corset prevent me from slouching? Yes, you will sit straight up with perfect posture as you should be!

1. Each corset is individually hand made with exacting precision and durability. They are three-ply construction: selected exterior material, strong woven interfacing, and imported English cotton Coutil.
   
2. Corsets are fully boned with spiral steels throughout the body. Strong flat steels are placed in the center back for rigid support.

3. All corsets are fastened at the center-front with a busk closure and laced up the back with two long loops at the waist.
   If no busk closure is desired, simply request it upon ordering. There is no price deduction for this.
   
4. Secure two piece grommets are fastened at the back for durability. Black or nickel plated colored grommets are chosen depending on the corset color. If you would like only nickel plated, please state in the comments box of the ordering form.
   
5. Corsets mould to the body after a short period and the material takes the strain evenly. Once the corset is molded, it fits very comfortably and accentuates the hourglass waistline as so desired.
   
6. How do I clean the corset? It is recommended that you take it to a reputable professional dry cleaner. If you know of or can find a dry cleaning specialist that offers hand-dry cleaning, it will be worth the extra cost. If your corset comes with removable garters it is advisable to remove them before any dry cleaning is done because the solutions used can be harmful to the elastics. A leather specialist should only clean leather corsets.
7. How often should I clean my corset? Most often corsets are worn over clothing or over a liner of cotton material wrapped underneath the torso to absorb moisture but just as often they are worn over skin. It all depends on how much the corset is used. Use your own good judgement when a cleaning is needed. Cleaning too often can harm the corset materials.
