We're sure you can come up with a bunch of more nasty ideas for this old fashioned timer, besides it just looking really cool on your bookshelf. I guess you could also use it in the kitchen for something or another.

I've always thought an hour glass was a pretty cool device. Pretty 'low tech' when it come to keeping time... no diodes or flashing numbers. It's also very easy to reset when the time is over.
