This is one of the best gags! We've got a drawer full of gags collected over the years. This padded front buckle one gets the most use. The padding muffles sounds pretty well when the strap is pulled tight. The buckle in the front makes it fun and easy to put on after we're already playing. Definately a lot more "fun factor" than most other gags, since it goes on so quickly and easily. It's pretty comfortable for wearing a long time (most gags make my mouth or jaw sore after about an hour). Like all gags with only a single strap, it can be spit out with quite a bit of effort (well, except huse's 2nd gen ring gag :-), especially if I'm not wearing a large collar. If you want it to stay in despite struggle, you've gotta be wearing a wide collar or something else to keep your chin away from your chest. The one downside to this gag is it's a bit difficult to clean. Eventually, liquid gets trapped under the padding. Don't try to wash it off under running water! We're about to buy a replacement.... it's too bad the mouth-piece isn't sealed against the liner. Once the inside gets wet, there's not a way for it to dry out well. Over the last several years, we've purchased more than a dozen different gags... including most of the ones from Mr S that aren't a hood or many-buckle head harness, and this simple front buckle one with the padding is definately our favorite that gets used the most!
