I just received this in the mail yesterday, with the pecker gag attached on the inside. What can I say... WOW! This is a great piece of headgear. It feels great as each strap is tightened and the pecker gag completely fills your mouth. I was seriously unable to make a single sound with this item on. Amazing, I highly recommend :-)

Great looking headgear. Are all of the straps lined?
In some of the photos, they appear to be a single layer, and somewhat rough, or textured on the back?

None of the straps are lined, they are made of heavy weight latigo leather which after a fun night or two of play will be nice and supple.

Yes, it is permanent, it cannot be removed, however have a look at the drop down above this for other options.

The small will fit most women, where as the large fits most men...:)

Put this Head Harness on with the padded muzzle, pull all the straps good and snug, and lock it down nice and tight...you won't be able to make a sound that anyone can hear, nothing more than a slight inaudible grunt. It's very effective at keeping you quiet. What a rush knowing you're locked in it and can't get it off and are kept frustratingly quiet. You can't beg for release or call for help with this one. It feels good for long term wear and is well worth the price.
