I have had a Charlie Horse Kidney anal plug for a couple of years now. It definitely feels different and is much more comfortable than the standard cone-shaped plugs. I like to wear it when I masturbate and when I fuck. It massages my prostate and makes me squirt my cream faster. Stimulating my prostate and my hole with a plug adds another dimension to sex. I'm a top but I really like wearing a plug also. And this one feels great. I'll also wear it occasionally for the day while I'm out and about (or looking for sex). This plug works well for extend wear because the shape is comfortable, the size is right and the narrow base fits between my cheeks. The one problem with the design is the relatively large diameter of the part the connects the base to the flange. If it were smaller, my sphincter could clamp down and that might be more comfortable. Sleeping with it in is also wild. Waking up all horny and with that thing filling up my butt is the best way to start the day. Maybe butt plugs and underrated because the conventional shapes are uncomfortable. The design of this one is better than most of the others. I'm wearing my plug now as I write this. I love the feeling.
